For more than four decades, I have had the privilege of caring for children, supporting families, and serving communities through the practice of medicine.
Every patient has a story. Every family faces challenges that often extend beyond a diagnosis.
Throughout my career, I have learned that great healthcare begins with listening, compassion, and trust. Those experiences continue to shape every decision I make today.
Beyond the Exam Room
My career has allowed me to serve not only as a physician, but also as a healthcare leader working to improve clinical operations, healthcare quality, physician collaboration, and patient outcomes.
Those experiences taught me that outstanding healthcare depends on more than exceptional clinicians. It also depends on the systems that support them.
When those systems fail, providers spend more time navigating complexity and less time caring for patients. I believe technology should reverse that equation.
Why I Joined TheraPlug
When Marcelus shared his vision for TheraPlug, I immediately recognized an opportunity to help solve many of the challenges I had witnessed throughout my medical career.
Not simply by introducing another healthcare application. But by creating technology that strengthens the relationship between providers and patients.
Technology should simplify care. It should improve access. It should reduce unnecessary administrative burden. Most importantly, it should allow providers to focus on what matters most: the people sitting in front of them.
That vision is why I chose to help build TheraPlug.
